このポリシーは、サブスクリプション、credits、有料利用の返金リクエスト処理を説明します。

Subscription refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] with your account email and payment details.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

Used credits

Credits consumed for completed actions, including rendered videos, AI image generation, publishing attempts, or other completed jobs, are generally non-refundable.

If a job fails because of a YupVid system issue and credits were incorrectly charged, we may restore credits or issue an appropriate refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription from the Billing Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

After cancellation, your access may continue until the end of the paid billing period, depending on Stripe subscription status.

Promotions and discounts

Promotional discounts apply only according to the promotion terms shown at checkout. Discounts generally cannot be converted into cash or retroactively applied to previous payments.
