yupvid.com ("YupVid", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the yupvid.com website, web application, and services, including AI video generation, storyboard creation, AI image generation, rendering, storage, and publishing features.

Information we collect

• Account and profile information such as your name, email address, login details, support messages, billing records, and subscription history.
• Content you upload or create in the Service, including scripts, source materials, prompts, uploaded media, storyboards, captions, generated media, rendered videos, and publishing settings.
• Operational and technical data such as usage activity, credits consumed, rendering history, publishing actions, IP address, browser and device details, access times, cookies, and similar technologies used for authentication, analytics, reliability, and product improvement.
• Information from connected platforms. When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other social platforms, we receive the authorization tokens, basic profile or account information, and permissions needed to provide the features you request. For Meta-connected accounts specifically, this may include your Facebook or Instagram user or page identifiers, profile name, profile image, and permissions required to publish content or manage the connection.

How we use information

• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve YupVid.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Process subscriptions, credits, and payments.
• Generate, render, store, and publish content.
• Respond to support requests, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and third parties

Payments are processed by Stripe and we do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information to service providers, connected platforms you explicitly authorize, legal authorities when required, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

When you use AI, storage, rendering, email, notification, or social publishing features, relevant information is shared only with the providers needed to perform the requested task.

We may use anonymized or aggregated usage signals to improve product quality and reliability, but we do not use private platform access tokens or credentials for AI training.

Retention, rights, and deletion

We retain account, project, billing, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the Service, operate rendering and publishing workflows, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

After account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, subject to backup, fraud prevention, or legal retention requirements.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to certain processing, or request deletion of your personal data.

YupVid is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
