You retain ownership of scripts, source materials, uploaded media, generated videos, and other content you provide or create through YupVid.

You grant YupVid the limited permission needed to host, process, render, store, and transmit your content so we can provide the service.

YupVid uses credits for actions such as storyboard generation, AI image generation, video rendering, and publishing workflows.

Subscription plans, included credits, and feature availability may change over time. Current pricing and plan details are shown on the Billing page.

If you connect social platforms, you authorize YupVid to use the connection to perform actions you request, such as uploading or publishing content.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with each platform's policies and your account permissions.

We work to keep YupVid reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, rendering queues, API limits, or other operational issues.
